For extrusion: a drawing or sample of the profile shape, the material and colour you want, the quantity in metres, and the length you need each piece cut to.
For injection moulding: a 3D CAD file (STEP or IGES) or 2D drawing, the material, the quantity of parts, and any surface finish requirements.
Yes. For profile extrusion, there is a one-time die cost to make the custom extrusion die. For injection moulding, there is a one-time mold cost. These costs are paid once. After that, you only pay for the parts produced. Tooling is kept in our factory and used for your future orders.
Changes can be made before production starts. Once the die or mold is made and you have approved the sample, we begin production. At that stage, changes may incur additional costs. Please let us know as soon as possible if anything needs to change.
MOQ, sample-matching, and export questions for profile extrusion are answered in full on our Profile Extrusion page. For how the process works, die design, and tolerances, see the Plastic Profile Extrusion Guide.
Process, tolerances, and mould development questions for injection moulding are answered in full on our Injection Moulding page.
We work with: PVC (rigid and flexible), ABS, HDPE, PP, LDPE, LLDPE, PET, Nylon (PA6 and PA66), Polycarbonate (PC), POM (Acetal), TPE, and TPR. We can also source specialty grades including food-grade, UV-stabilised, flame-retardant, anti-static, and medical-grade versions. If you are not sure which material is right, read our Material Selection Guide.
Yes. We can make food-safe plastic parts using food-grade approved materials like PP, HDPE, and PC. These materials are approved for contact with food and beverages. Please tell us the food-contact application when requesting a quote so we can select the right material grade.
Yes. We can match colours using masterbatch pigments. Tell us your Pantone number, RAL code, or send us a physical sample of the colour. We will match it as closely as possible. Colour matching may take a small extra step in production, but we can achieve most colours.
