We manufacture custom plastic parts using two processes: profile extrusion (for long, continuous shapes with a consistent cross-section) and injection moulding (for three-dimensional parts with complex geometry). Our engineering team advises which process is best for your part based on design, quantity, and cost requirements.

We produce trial samples and send them for your dimensional and visual approval.
You approve samples, we run bulk. Lead time: 2–3 weeks per production batch.
