Plastic Profile Extrusion Pakistan

We make custom plastic profiles in any shape, size, and colour. PVC, ABS, HDPE, PP, and more.

What Is This?

Custom Plastic Profiles Made to Your Drawings

Plastic profile extrusion is how we make long, continuous plastic shapes. Think of it like a Play-Doh extruder, but for industrial plastic.

We melt plastic pellets and push them through a custom-made metal die. The die has a hole shaped exactly like the profile you need. As the plastic comes out, it cools and hardens into your profile shape.

We can make almost any 2D cross-section shape. Simple strips, complex hollow channels, sealing lips, T-shapes, U-channels, and multi-chamber profiles.

Tooling

Extrusion Die Design

The die is the single most important part of profile extrusion, since it determines the final shape, wall thickness, and dimensional accuracy of the profile. PlasCity designs and machines every extrusion die in house rather than outsourcing tooling. Our team maps out the flow channel to balance melt flow across the full cross section, so complex shapes with multiple walls or hollow chambers come out even rather than warped on one side. Most dies take two to four weeks from design approval to first trial run, and we produce and check trial samples before committing to bulk production.

Switching Suppliers?

Send a Sample, We Match It Exactly

Send a physical sample of a discontinued or competitor profile. Our chemical engineers identify the compound and our in-house die shop cuts a matching die ideal for buyers switching suppliers or replacing an obsolete profile.

How It Works

From Your Drawing to Delivery

Six simple steps. We handle everything from die design to delivery.

01
Send Your Drawing
Send us your 2D drawing, DXF file, or a physical sample of the profile you need.
02
We Review and Quote
Our engineers check your design and send you a price for the die and per-metre production cost.
03
Die is Made
We make the custom extrusion die in our workshop. This takes 2 to 4 weeks for most profiles.
04
Sample Produced
We run the die and produce trial samples. We check dimensions and send samples to you for approval.
05
You Approve
You check the samples. If anything needs changing, we adjust the die. We do not proceed without your approval.
06
Bulk Production and Delivery
We run full production and deliver your order. We can pack, cut to length, or coil depending on your needs.

Common Questions

Profile Extrusion FAQ

What is Plastic Profile Extrusion?+

At PlasCity, plastic profile extrusion means taking a customer's drawing or physical sample, machining a matching die in house, and running that die on one of our 13 extrusion machines to produce the exact profile shape needed, in the material, colour, and length specified. For the general engineering explanation of how extrusion works as a process, see our Plastic Extrusion Guide.

What are profile extrusions?+

Profile extrusions are plastic parts with a constant cross sectional shape running their full length, such as a seal, channel, or trim strip. This is different from an injection moulded part, which is an individual three dimensional shape produced one piece at a time in an enclosed mould.

What is the MOQ for custom profile extrusion?+

MOQ for profile extrusion is typically 100 metres per profile shape. This is because PlasCity needs to set up the extrusion line for each profile. For trial orders or samples, the MOQ may be lower.

Can PlasCity match my existing profile from a sample?+

Yes. Send us a physical sample of your existing or discontinued profile. PlasCity's chemical engineers identify the material compound and PlasCity's in-house die shop cuts a matching die — this is a standard service for buyers switching suppliers or replacing an obsolete profile.

Does PlasCity export extruded profiles?+

Yes. PlasCity exports plastic profiles to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, and other countries. PlasCity handles all export documentation and can arrange shipping from its factory in Lahore, Pakistan.

Where can I buy custom plastic extruded profiles online in Pakistan?+

To get a custom plastic extruded profile made, send PlasCity your drawing, DXF file, or a physical sample through our contact form or WhatsApp. Our engineers review it and respond with a quotation within one business day, covering tooling cost, per metre pricing, and lead time. There is no separate online ordering catalogue, every order starts with a direct enquiry so we can confirm material, tolerance, and finish before quoting.

Do you offer custom designs?+

Yes. PlasCity does not sell stock catalogue profiles, every product is made to the customer's own drawing or sample. Our engineers review the design for manufacturability before quoting, and can suggest adjustments that reduce material use or improve fit without changing the part's function.

For how extrusion works, die design and tolerances, see our Plastic Profile Extrusion Guide.
