We make the custom extrusion die in our workshop. This takes 2 to 4 weeks for most profiles.
We run the die and produce trial samples. We check dimensions and send samples to you for approval.
You check the samples. If anything needs changing, we adjust the die. We do not proceed without your approval.
We run full production and deliver your order. We can pack, cut to length, or coil depending on your needs.
