PVC — Polyvinyl Chloride

Custom PVC Parts Made in Pakistan

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is the most widely used plastic in Pakistan for industrial and construction applications. PlasCity processes both rigid PVC and flexible PVC by profile extrusion and injection moulding. We make everything from HVAC sealing strips to refrigerator gaskets to cable ducts.

⚗️
Rigid and Flexible Grades
We process both rigid PVC (RPVC/UPVC) for structural profiles and flexible PVC (with plasticiser) for seals, gaskets, and soft grips — often in the same product run.
🔥
Self-Extinguishing
PVC does not support combustion on its own. This makes it the preferred choice for electrical cable insulation, panel housings, and fire-rated construction seals.
🌧️
Weatherproof
UV-stabilised PVC resists outdoor weathering, sunlight, and rain. Ideal for window profiles, exterior seals, and outdoor construction applications.
🧪
Chemical Resistant
Rigid PVC resists acids, alkalis, and most chemicals. Widely used in plumbing, chemical storage, and industrial environments where metal would corrode.
🎨
Any Colour
PVC accepts masterbatch colouring extremely well. We match any RAL or Pantone colour. Black, white, grey, transparent, or custom tones.
💰
Cost-Effective
PVC is one of the most affordable engineering plastics available in Pakistan, with a strong domestic supply chain, keeping material and production costs low.
PVC Profile Types

Every PVC Variant We Process

  • Rigid PVC (uPVC) — structural, window, trunking
  • Flexible PVC — seals, gaskets, weatherstrip, edge guards
  • Clear/transparent PVC — label holders, display
  • Foam PVC — light decorative panels
  • Co-extruded PVC — rigid core + soft sealing lip
  • UV-stabilised PVC — outdoor construction
  • Food-grade PVC — food/pharma contact
  • Custom colour — any RAL/Pantone
What We Make

Common PVC Products We Manufacture

Every item below is made to your exact drawing or sample. If you have a product already being made elsewhere, we can match it exactly — same material grade, same dimensions, same colour.

  • HVAC condenser strips and sealing profiles
  • Refrigerator door gaskets and anti-sweat profiles
  • Electrical cable ducts and conduit
  • Window and door sealing strips
  • Furniture edge trim and corner guards
  • Price rail holders for retail shelving
  • Construction expansion joint covers

Our Process

How We Make Your PVC Parts

From your drawing or sample to delivered parts in the shortest lead time possible.

01

Send Us Your Requirement

Share a drawing, photo, physical sample, or description. We work from DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP, hand sketches, and physical samples. We will reverse-engineer and convert your sample to a CAD drawing if needed.

02

Material Confirmation and Quote

We confirm the correct PVC grade for your application and send a detailed quote covering tooling cost, unit price, and lead time. Our chemical engineers can match your existing PVC compound if required.

03

Tooling and Sample

We design and make your extrusion die or injection mould in-house. You receive physical samples to inspect and approve before we commit to bulk production. No bulk run starts without your sign-off.

04

Bulk Production and Delivery

After sample approval, we run bulk production with full QC inspection — dimensions, material, colour, and surface quality checked at every stage. Packed and delivered to your location across Pakistan or for export.

Common Questions

PVC Manufacturing FAQ

What is the difference between rigid and flexible PVC?+

Rigid PVC (uPVC) is hard and dimensionally stable, used for structural profiles, window frames, and trunking. Flexible PVC has plasticiser added, making it soft and bendable — used for seals, gaskets, and weatherstripping. We process both, often in the same co-extruded profile.

Can you make co-extruded PVC profiles?+

Yes. We can extrude rigid and flexible PVC together in a single pass through a split die — commonly a rigid structural body with a soft sealing lip, used for door and window profiles.

Can you match my PVC profile from a sample?+

Yes. Send us a physical sample and our chemical engineers will identify the PVC compound and hardness, then our die shop cuts a matching die to reproduce your profile exactly.

What is the MOQ for PVC extrusion?+

MOQ for PVC profile extrusion starts from 100 metres per shape. Injection moulded PVC parts have MOQ depending on mould cost and part complexity.
