PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) is the most widely used plastic in Pakistan for industrial and construction applications. PlasCity processes both rigid PVC and flexible PVC by profile extrusion and injection moulding. We make everything from HVAC sealing strips to refrigerator gaskets to cable ducts.
Every item below is made to your exact drawing or sample. If you have a product already being made elsewhere, we can match it exactly — same material grade, same dimensions, same colour.
Not sure if PVC is right for your product?
Our engineers can review your requirements and recommend the best material for your application, budget, and operating conditions.
Use the Material Selection Guide →From your drawing or sample to delivered parts in the shortest lead time possible.
Share a drawing, photo, physical sample, or description. We work from DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP, hand sketches, and physical samples. We will reverse-engineer and convert your sample to a CAD drawing if needed.
We confirm the correct PVC grade for your application and send a detailed quote covering tooling cost, unit price, and lead time. Our chemical engineers can match your existing PVC compound if required.
We design and make your extrusion die or injection mould in-house. You receive physical samples to inspect and approve before we commit to bulk production. No bulk run starts without your sign-off.
After sample approval, we run bulk production with full QC inspection — dimensions, material, colour, and surface quality checked at every stage. Packed and delivered to your location across Pakistan or for export.
See Full Manufacturing Process →Rigid PVC (uPVC) is hard and dimensionally stable, used for structural profiles, window frames, and trunking. Flexible PVC has plasticiser added, making it soft and bendable — used for seals, gaskets, and weatherstripping. We process both, often in the same co-extruded profile.
Yes. We can extrude rigid and flexible PVC together in a single pass through a split die — commonly a rigid structural body with a soft sealing lip, used for door and window profiles.
Yes. Send us a physical sample and our chemical engineers will identify the PVC compound and hardness, then our die shop cuts a matching die to reproduce your profile exactly.
MOQ for PVC profile extrusion starts from 100 metres per shape. Injection moulded PVC parts have MOQ depending on mould cost and part complexity.
