At PlasCity, quality control starts before we even make the first part. We check the raw material when it arrives. We check during production. We check again before we pack your order. And we check one more time before shipping.
If something does not meet the standard, we fix it. We do not send you parts that we are not happy with. Your satisfaction is what keeps us in business.
Every order goes through all five stages, no exceptions.
When raw plastic arrives at our factory, we verify the material grade, check the material certificate, and inspect the delivery for contamination or damage. We do not use material that fails this check.
When we make the very first parts (samples), we measure every critical dimension against your drawing. We also check colour, surface finish, and weight. You get these samples before bulk production starts.
During production, our operators check parts at regular intervals. We measure dimensions, look for surface defects, and check that settings like temperature and pressure are in the right range.
When production is complete, we inspect a sample of the finished parts. We check dimensions, appearance, and quantity. Parts that do not meet standard are removed and remade.
Before your order is loaded for delivery, we do a final check. We verify the quantity, check the packing, and confirm the order matches what was ordered. Then and only then do we release it for shipping.
