Custom Injection Molding Pakistan

We make exact-shaped plastic parts using injection molding. In-house mold making. Any material. Low MOQ.

What Is This?

Custom Plastic Parts Made in a Mold

Injection molding is how we make individual plastic parts in exact shapes. We heat plastic pellets until they melt. Then we push the melted plastic into a metal mold under high pressure. The plastic cools and takes the exact shape of the mold. When the mold opens, out comes your finished part — ready to use.

Every part is identical to the last one. This makes injection molding perfect for making hundreds, thousands, or millions of the same part.

We design and make our molds in our own factory. This means faster delivery and lower cost compared to manufacturers who outsource their tooling.

The Process

How We Make Your Injection Molded Part

01

Send Your Design

Send us a 3D CAD file (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks), 2D drawing, or a sample part. We review it for free.

02

DFM Review & Quote

Our engineers check your design for manufacturability. We suggest changes if needed, then send you a mold cost and per-piece price.

03

Mold is Made

We design and machine your mold in-house. Steel or aluminum. Single cavity or multi-cavity. Usually 3 to 8 weeks.

04

First Samples Made

We run the mold and produce first-article samples. We measure and inspect every dimension and send you samples to check.

05

You Approve

You check the samples and confirm they are correct. We make changes if needed. No bulk production until you give the go-ahead.

06

Mass Production & Delivery

We run full production with in-process quality checks. Parts are counted, inspected, and packed. Then delivered to you.

Common Questions

Injection Molding FAQ

What is injection moulding?+

Injection moulding is a process where we heat plastic pellets until they melt, then inject the melted plastic into a metal mould under high pressure. The plastic cools and hardens inside the mould, and when we open the mould, out comes the finished part. We can make thousands of identical parts this way.

What is the cost of making a mould?+

Mould cost depends on the size and complexity of the part. A simple mould can cost from PKR 50,000 to PKR 500,000. A large or complex mould can cost more. The mould is a one-time cost. Once it is made, each part costs much less to produce. Contact us for a specific quote.

What is the minimum order for injection moulding?+

MOQ for injection moulding depends on the part and the mould cost. We try to keep MOQ as low as possible. For simple parts with small moulds, MOQ can be as low as 500 to 1,000 pieces. For complex parts, MOQ may be higher to make the mould cost worthwhile.

Can you make multi-component or insert moulded parts?+

Yes. We can do insert moulding where we place a metal insert (like a screw thread) into the mould before injecting plastic. The plastic moulds around the insert, making a combined plastic-metal part. We can also do overmoulding for two-material parts.
