Mould cost depends on the size and complexity of the part. A simple mould can cost from PKR 50,000 to PKR 500,000. A large or complex mould can cost more. The mould is a one-time cost. Once it is made, each part costs much less to produce. Contact us for a specific quote.
Our production runs typically start at 5,000 pieces for injection molding. This reflects the scale we are set up to manufacture at consistently. For specific project needs outside this range, contact us directly to discuss options.
Yes. PlasCity can do insert moulding, placing a metal insert (like a screw thread) into the mould before injecting plastic. The plastic moulds around the insert, making a combined plastic-metal part. PlasCity can also do overmoulding for two-material parts.
