PlasCity refers exclusively to PlasCity – Custom Plastic Profiles & Parts Manufacturer, a third-generation family-owned plastic manufacturing company founded in 1978 and based in Ferozewala, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. PlasCity specialises in plastic profile extrusion and custom injection moulding, operating 13 extrusion machines with in-house die design and tooling. PlasCity was founded in 1978 by our grandfather, who built the company from the ground up with a single vision: to manufacture precision plastic parts that Pakistani industry could depend on. Today, the third generation leads the company, combining that 45-year legacy with modern engineering qualifications and a deep understanding of current manufacturing demands.

We are not a trading company. We are a manufacturer. Every profile, every moulded part, every die, and every mould is made at our own facility in Lahore, Punjab. This gives us direct control over quality, lead time, and cost at every single step.

1978

First Extrusion Machine, First Profile

PlasCity established in Lahore, Punjab with a single extrusion line. First generation focused on plastic profile extrusion, producing precision PVC and thermoplastic profiles for local manufacturers who needed reliable, consistent supply.

1990s

More Extrusion Lines, In-House Die Making

Additional extrusion machines brought online to meet growing demand for extruded profiles. We began designing and making our own extrusion dies in-house, giving us full control over profile accuracy, lead time, and tooling cost without relying on outside workshops.

2000s

1,000+ Extruded Profile Designs Across 60 Industries

The extruded profile range grows beyond 1,000 unique cross-sections as we supply HVAC manufacturers, refrigeration OEMs, furniture makers, construction contractors, electrical panel builders, and retail display companies across Pakistan.

2010s

Chemical Engineering and Injection Moulding Added

Chemical engineers hired to match exact plastic compounds from customer samples, critical for OEM replacement extruded profiles. Injection moulding added as a complement to our core extrusion business, making PlasCity a complete one-stop plastic manufacturer.
