Our Manufacturing Process

From your first message to final delivery. Here is how we work, step by step.

How It Works

6 Steps from Enquiry to Delivery

We make it simple for you. Send us your requirements and we handle everything from there.

01

You Send Us Your Requirements

Everything starts with your enquiry. You can send us:

  • A drawing (DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP, IGES)
  • A hand-drawn sketch with dimensions. We work from these all the time
  • A physical sample of what you want to copy, we will measure and reverse-engineer it into a CAD drawing for you
  • A photo with basic dimensions
  • Just a description of what you need

You do not need professional CAD files to get started. If you have a physical sample, we can produce the technical drawing ourselves before manufacturing begins.

Tell us the material you want (or ask us to recommend one), the quantity, and when you need it.

02

We Review Your Design (DFM Check)

Our engineers look at your design and check if it can be made easily and cost-effectively. This is called a DFM review - Design for Manufacturability.

If we spot any issues (walls too thin, undercuts that make moulding hard, dimensions that cannot be achieved), we will tell you and suggest solutions. This saves time and money later.

We then send you a detailed quote with: tooling cost, per-piece price, lead time, and payment terms.

03

Tooling is Made In-House

Once you approve the quote, we start making your tool. Either an extrusion die or an injection mould.

We do all tooling in our own factory. No outsourcing. This means:

  • Faster delivery (no delays waiting on external suppliers)
  • Better quality control over the tool
  • Lower tooling cost for you
  • Easier modifications if the design changes

An extrusion die usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. An injection mould usually takes 3 to 8 weeks depending on complexity.

04

Trial Samples are Made

When the tool is ready, we run a trial production to make the first samples. We check:

  • All dimensions are correct
  • The material is right
  • The colour matches your requirement
  • Surface finish meets your standard
  • The part fits and functions as intended

We then send the samples to you for inspection. You can physically test them in your application.

05

You Approve the Sample

You check the samples and tell us if everything is correct. If anything needs to be changed, we adjust the tool and make new samples.

We do not start bulk production until you send written approval of the samples. This protects both of us and ensures you get exactly what you want.

Once samples are approved, the tool is locked and used for all future orders. Your design is consistent every time.

06

Bulk Production & Delivery

With your approval, we start full production. During production, we do regular in-process quality checks to make sure everything stays on standard.

When the order is finished, we do a final pre-shipment inspection. Then we pack your order carefully and arrange delivery.

We deliver across Pakistan and export worldwide. We can cut profiles to your specified lengths, coil them, or deliver in bulk reels depending on your needs.

What We Can Do In Our Factory

Everything under one roof from tooling to finished product.

📐
Profile Extrusion
We extrude plastic profiles in any cross-section shape. Continuous lengths from 1 metre to thousands of metres. Multiple extrusion lines running at once for large orders.
⚙️
Injection Moulding
We injection mould plastic parts from small to medium size. Multi-cavity moulds for high-volume production. Insert moulding and overmoulding available.
🔧
In-House Tooling
We design and machine extrusion dies and injection moulds ourselves. CNC machining, EDM, and surface polishing all done in our facility.
✂️
Secondary Operations
Precision cutting to length, drilling, punching, bending, assembly, adhesive tape application, and packaging - all done under one roof.
🎨
Custom Colours
Any colour using masterbatch pigments. Pantone and RAL colour matching. Transparent, opaque, and multi-colour profiles available.
🔍
Quality Inspection
Dimensional measurement, visual inspection, material verification, and pre-shipment checks. Inspection reports available on request.
