Polycarbonate (PC) is the strongest transparent engineering plastic available. It is virtually unbreakable, optically clear, and handles extreme temperatures. PlasCity makes polycarbonate parts by injection moulding for safety, optical, electrical, and industrial applications where no other plastic will do.

Virtually Unbreakable

PC is 250 times more impact resistant than glass and 30 times more than acrylic. Safety shields, riot gear, bulletproof panels, and protective covers are almost always made from PC.

Optical Clarity

PC transmits approximately 88% of visible light — close to glass. Used for lenses, light covers, machine guards, and display panels where transparency and strength are both required.

Wide Temperature Range

PC performs from -40°C to +130°C continuously, and up to 145°C for short durations. One of very few plastics suitable for applications with extreme temperature cycling.

Electrical Insulation

PC is an excellent electrical insulator with high dielectric strength. Used in electrical connectors, switch housings, meter covers, and circuit breaker components.

Dimensional Stability

PC maintains extremely precise dimensions after moulding with minimal warpage or shrinkage, critical for mechanical assemblies and optical parts with tight tolerances.

Clear, Tinted, or Opaque

PC can be supplied clear, in any solid colour, or in diffused/frosted versions for light diffusion. Coloured PC retains full impact properties.

How We Make Your PC Parts

From your drawing or sample to delivered parts in the shortest lead time possible.

Send Us Your Requirement

Share a drawing, photo, physical sample, or description. We work from DWG, DXF, PDF, STEP, hand sketches, and physical samples. We will reverse-engineer and convert your sample to a CAD drawing if needed.

Material Confirmation and Quote

We confirm the correct PC grade for your application and send a detailed quote covering tooling cost, unit price, and lead time. Our chemical engineers can match your existing PC compound if required.

Tooling and Sample

We design and make your extrusion die or injection mould in-house. You receive physical samples to inspect and approve before we commit to bulk production. No bulk run starts without your sign-off.

04

Bulk Production and Delivery

After sample approval, we run bulk production with full QC inspection — dimensions, material, colour, and surface quality checked at every stage. Packed and delivered to your location across Pakistan or for export.
